Why the Treaty lab took three tries

Te Tiriti is the most important document in Aotearoa New Zealand and the hardest one I've tried to make a lab about.

The first version of the Treaty lab was a quiz. It felt wrong - like a test, not a conversation.

The second version was a long explainer. It was accurate but nobody read past the second paragraph.

The version you can use now is interactive: you read the English version and the te reo Māori version side by side, and pick the differences. That felt right because the differences are kind of the whole point.

Still not perfect. I'd love feedback from anyone who teaches this for a living.
