I sat down expecting a debate. I got something closer to a school assembly where everyone is mildly cross.

What surprised me: most of the questions aren't really questions. They're little speeches with a question mark at the end. And most of the answers aren't really answers either. They're little speeches with the other side's name in them.
I'm not saying it's bad - I think I get why it exists. But it's worth knowing that the version of politics you see on the news is the loudest five minutes of the day, not the average five minutes.
